FAQ

We issue refunds for returns in the form of store credit that’s applied directly to your account on Circlesaver.com — but not to original methods of payment, such as PayPal or Visa. However, if you return items that were purchased using the Circle Saver credit card, we’ll issue a refund, minus applicable shipping & handling fees, to your Circle Saver, credit card account instead.

Items not eligible for return include: swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, food, makeup, personal hygiene items (i.e. face masks), furniture, heavy/bulky items, some electronics, and some luxury goods. To determine return eligibility, check the item’s product details page or your order page.

Additionally, in order to receive store credit, all returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached. Be sure to include any warranty cards and accessories, if applicable. Apparel must also be unworn and unwashed.

Once you receive a return-eligible item, you have 5 days to submit a return request and ship your item to us.

For single-item returns, the fee is $4.95. For returns of two to five items, the total fee is $8.95. An additional $8.95 will be deducted if you make a return of six items or more, continuing in increments of five. These shipping & handling fees include labor and material costs, packaging and restocking fees, and may exceed the actual cost paid by CircleSaver to its carrier to send the item(s) back to CircleSaver. You’ll see your estimated store credit total, minus the shipping & handling fees, before you submit your return online.

Returns are available to US members only for products shipped within the US (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses) and returned to Circlesaver from within the US.

No. You can use the box that the item was shipped in or any sturdy box.

You can access your label through the link provided in your return email, or by going to the order page, where you can click the “view return status” link next to the item you’re returning.

 

Your store credit will be available approximately five business days after your return is received and processed.

For purchases made using a PayPal account, you may request reimbursement from PayPal for certain return shipping costs. Limitations apply. See PayPal for terms and conditions.

If you return an eligible item purchased with the Circlesaver credit card, we’ll issue a refund to your Circlesaver credit card account instead of store credit. For items that were purchased using other methods of payment, such as PayPal or Visa, our policy is to issue return refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will be applied to your Circlesaver.com account; you can check your store credit balance on the  page any time.

Any store credits on your account are typically applied automatically during checkout but cannot be used with PayPal express checkout. Please contact Customer Service at cs@circlesaver.com or Tel. 1800-831-6628 before placing your order if you are unsure how to use your store credit.
