All returns or replacements must be initiated with our customer support team within 5 day of receiving merchandise. On Electronic items, our technical support team will assist you with technical support issues before your return the item. All Returns will be issued an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number for you to place on the return packaging. Circlesaver.com must receive the product within 5 days of RMA received date for full refund or exchange consideration. All packages must be boxed or pack with the original packaging inside and the RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or box. Any package returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted and may result in service delays. Returned items must be clean and undamaged, complete in original packaging with all manuals, cables, etc. Just as you received.

Circlesaver.com, is not responsible for scratches, dent etc. on refurbished, recondition items. Used, refurbished or recondition Items are sold as described and cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges. All refunds are placed into your online account as store credit for future purchases.
Items not eligible for return include: swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, food items, makeup, furniture, perfume, cologne, fragrances, computers, laptops, tablets, headphones, batteries, all furniture, heavy/bulky items, electronics, and some luxury goods. To determine return eligibility, check the item’s product. If you see (Non Returned Item) the item purchased cannot be return for refund or exchange.
